Instructions for Initial Paper Submission

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit original papers to ICEPE 2022 through our Online Paper Submission System. All submitted papers should contain original, unpublished results, experimental or theoretical. ICEPE 2022 invites paper from all areas of Energy and Power Engineering. The topic of interest include but are not limited to:

  • Artificial Intelligence in Power System
  • Electrical machines and Drives
  • Electric and Hybrid Vehicles
  • Emerging Technologies in Power System
  • Energy Auditing
  • Energy Efficiency
  • Flexible AC Transmission
  • Hydro-power and biomass
  • High Voltage Engineering and Protection
  • Internet of Things (IoT) in Power Systems
  • Photovoltaics
  • Power and Energy Systems
  • Power Electronics
  • Power Engineering Education
  • Power System Planning, Operation & Control
  • Renewable Energy
  • Smart Grid and Sustainable Energy
  • Wind Energy

A paper will appear in the proceedings if at least one of the authors of accepted paper registers before the registration deadline. Presenting the accepted paper is a prerequisite for appearing it in the IEEE Xplore. “IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.”

Submitted papers should satisfy the criteria listed below and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Submission guideline to Microsoft CMT

  1. Your paper should be submitted to Microsoft CMT with your login ID.
  2. If you do not have a login ID, please, visit Register (This will point to ) to create one.
  3. The link for paper submission is here .
  4. You should click on the “Creat New Submission”. Please fill up all the necessary information including Title, Abstract, Collaborators/Co-authors, Subject Areas and the full paper in their respective field.
  5. To add collaborators/coauthors, please use “Enter email to add new author” field. We would recommend all co-authors open their respective CMT Accounts before submission.
